Hayne, Devon is a young and creative wedding and events space
set in the rolling hills of rural mid Devon.
The historic 17th century Threshing Barn looks out towards sacred groves of woodland and lies in the heart of 25 acres of glorious grounds and enchanting gardens. South facing, the site gets the first and last of the sun and has breath-taking views across an ancient valley which steps down to a bend in River Yeo.
The Creative duo behind the magic of Hayne are
its owners & hosts, Tim and Milla.
As musicians in the much celebrated party band Saloon Star they were recently listed as ‘best wedding party band’ in Harpers Bazaar and heralded as ‘best band in the business’ by House and Garden. It was this invaluable experience gained within the wedding industry that led the couple to create their very own dream party venue.
Passionate about beautiful characterful buildings and landscape, warm spacious interiors, luxurious accommodation, state of the art lighting & sound, with Tim’s unswerving vision and milla’s eye for interiors and styling, a very unique and inspirational place has come into being

Our beautiful wedding at Hayne was hosted brilliantly by Tim and Milla who did everything they could to make sure our day was perfect.
Hayne is a stunning and totally unique venue set in the most beautiful countryside and it perfectly fitted our vision of a creative, vintage outdoor wedding.

We could not have wished for a more perfect venue than Hayne for our daughter’s Martha’s 18th birthday celebrations. Hayne is in such a stunning location, with fabulous views and plenty of space. Our guests, of all ages, had an amazing time…it was an incredibly happy and relaxed day and one that our friends and family will talk fondly of for years to come.
